Digital Printing Service Step-by-Step Process
As part of its ongoing effort to lower costs, boost efficiency, and reduce duplication of services, the County is making its digital printing services available to municipalities, schools, and special districts in Westchester County.

Steps To Request Printing Service
1. Submit a Print Request

Printing charges are based on the current DoIT Printing & Graphic Rates.

Accepted file formats: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

After receiving your request, DoIT will review the details with you and update the request form if needed.
- Complete the Printing & Graphics Request Form (opens in new tab).
2. Request a Proof (Optional)
Proofs are available upon request. The designated contact will be notified when the proof is ready, and it may be delivered by email or picked up at the County Office Building (148 Martine Ave, 3rd Floor, Room 300, White Plains).
3. Approve the Print Job
Once the details have been finalized with the Requestor, the form will be sent to the Approver for authorization before we proceed with the job.
4. Printing and Pickup
DoIT will print the job exactly as approved. When the job is completed and boxed, the customer will be notified to pick it up at the County Office Building (148 Martine Ave, 3rd Floor, Room 300) Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Turnaround time is typically 2–3 business days after approval.
5. Invoicing
Invoices are issued upon completion.

DoIT prints exactly as indicated on the approved print request form, so please ensure all content is final. This service is strictly for printing, and we are not responsible for errors in text, formatting, or graphics. The County reserves the right to refuse any job, including political material. To streamline the process, we recommend designating one person in your organization as the main contact for print requests.
